Courses

We teach a variety of courses that will empower students to create sustainable food production systems. We emphasize organic production and train our farmers and gardeners to use enviromntally responsible methods that produce high quality food while preserving and protecting our natural environmental resources. Our Director of Edcation is Mr. Robert Harding. Mr. Harding, is a teacher with “Science Composite' certification has taught chemis, physics and environmental systems. As an independent contract researcher, he has have developed new diagnostic technology for NASA’s deep space exploration program. He has also served on the board of directors of Seventh Harvest Research Institute, an organization focused on food security for low income families. I was elected to the board of directors for the Santa Cruz Waldorf School, and is a founding member and vice president of the Sunnyside Community Energy Group. he also formed and ran a company, funded by a grant from the department of defense. His company won an international competition for innovative solutions to combat climate change (C-40, Reinventing Cities).
